Former Buffalo Bills Ed Wang waived

Bills former fifth-round pick Ed Wang was released by the club on Tuesday.

Wang was the first chinese player in the NFL.

Wang has been on the team’s reserve-injured list since the season began. The offensive lineman battled injuries throughout his brief career, missing the first half of his rookie season following thumb surgery.

Now released Wang is free to sign with any NFL club.

Ed Wang’s brother David Wang is currently playing Guard for Virginia Tech Hokies.
